Step 1
Rebranding
The company has been operating in the Dubai market since 2008. We were faced with a big task to completely relaunch the project.
Over several months of work, we made a complete redesign of the service, carried out seo-optimization, set up integration with the crm system, connected the telephony and changed the concept, emphasizing the club card.
Step 2
Service development
We chose the Cormorant Garamond font to emphasize the premium nature of the brand, as well as adding a high-quality but not flashy animation.
Step 3
Club card
It was decided to emphasize the club card and build sales through it. Promoting the service through search engines.
And also by offering cooperation to hotels, banks and other services that do not have concierge services but whose customers might need them.
